We are pleased to announce that 2024 fantasy football projections are now available in our app linked below:

http://apps.fantasyfootballanalytics.net

You can continue to use our app to view 2024 seasonal and historical season projection as well as detailed metrics around value over replacement (VOR), floor/ceiling projections, and uncertainty to help you in your draft.

Some more detail on how to use projections to draft the optimal starting lineup can be found here for snake drafts and here for auction drafts.

In order to access the most advanced features of the app, you will need a subscription to FFA Insider. A FFA Insider subscription will allow you to save unlimited custom settings, download historical projections, examine the accuracy of historical projections, and more.

Feedback

We have greatly improved the apps over the years in response to feedback from our users. Give it a test run and let us know your thoughts in the comments (or via our Google form for bug reporting)!

Awesome, love the idea of a wisdom of the crowd approach….you aren’t going to win your league only because you drafted with these projections, but they should help you stay on track and not make dumb decisions.

Thanks, JT. We also allow you to specify how much weight to give each projection source, if you want to give some projections sources greater weight than others. And we provide historical accuracy information (https://fantasyfootballanalytics.net/2023/08/2023-accuracy-tab-update.html) so you can see which projection sources were most accurate in prior years and weight them accordingly (or based on your preferences). Hope that helps and good luck!

Oh man, I knew you could mess with the weights….I just noticed how you can see the results of what you’re doing. It’s like you just gave me the keys to the candy shop.

How did you arrive at your default weights? I noticed, for example, that FantasyPros (who leads in most of your accuracy metrics) has 0 weight, which I found surprising.

How often do the projections update? I assume the various projection sources keep updating their projections as time goes on leading up to drafts? Thank you!

Hi, I am getting the same error I get every year – Disconnected from the Server, Reload.” Does anyone else get this error? Inside multiple computers and multiple browsers and this always happens. The result is that I can’t customize for league rules, because I get timed out or whatever that error is. I’ve never seen a similar error elsewhere.

Yeah, I’m getting something similar with the crashing/reload. I seem to have narrowed it down to when I try to edit ppr scoring or there is an interaction with “SteelBird FFL” <— not sure what that is.

I submitted a bug report. I hope it can be fixed before I draft on Sunday.

I get that error on the Mobile when adjusting number of players. Not sure why. Perhaps using the app solves it for the mobile users

I get past it by using my laptop.

Is there a place in the app that shows when the data was last updated?

The data in the app is updated daily leading up to the season and during the NFL season.

As a follow up to my prior note, I get the same error in chrome, edge and firefox on my laptop, as well as chrome and opera on my android phone. Someone mentioned that the error popped up specifically when adding a point per reception. I have been able to replicate that same issue. It is not the only time it happens, but it happens 100% of the time that I add 1 for receptions. I likewise cannot adjust to my saved league because it automatically crashes each time I try. (This has been a years long issue; I found a comment on this from 2021.) I know you guys are doing the best you can with the site, and the data is amazing. Is there some other way to get customized data or does someone have a specific browser that works for PC or android?

I just found an incredibly odd workaround. Maybe this will help troubleshoot? I have a subscription account. That is the account that has been problematic. I used a different, non-subscription account to try to change the settings. I was able to do so without the reload errors. (This is all in chrome.) I was not able to download so I took screenshots. Once that was done, I actually changed my log in to the paid account and, when I did it, the settings stayed without the reload issue. So odd.

When will Week 1 projections appear in the app? It is still (as of the day before the season starts) showing just the full season projections.
